I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice overall, but there were some issues like a door handle hanging off and leftover food in the fridge. I loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms, themed around Scottish icons and with names and pictures of famous Scottish people, were quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep. The service was top class, with fantastic and very friendly staff. The location was excellent, close to shopping, Edinburgh Castle, and great restaurants. The dining experience had its ups and downs but overall good. Overall, a great value for the money.
